For those needing dedicated, one-on-one instruction, we give you a relationship with a
cycling, running, swimming or triathlon coach. If you’re looking to be
motivated by the best that training can provide, we deliver instructor-led group sessions.
We use our state-of-the-art indoor cycling facility, local
pools, the Long Island Sound and local tracks and roads. Our
cycling, triathlon, running and swimming sessions are structured
and highly supportive. Our outdoor bicycle rides, runs and
swims are skill level appropriate (we prepare you and help you
so you don't have to worry the details). We personalize your training to accommodate your busy life. Our staff knows you and your goals, and constantly draws upon the best technology, latest research, and
deep endurance sports experience to help you go from uncertain
beginner to excelling enthusiast. We are a community who
likes the adventure that outdoor training brings while at the
same time keeping it safe and simple so you get the most out of
cycling, swimming, running and triathlons. And it is all
