Take Anthony Colby and Eneas Freyre. They've battled the world’s best at the hardest races in the USA. They've been broken and had to mend. They’re some of the fastest and yet take the time to help others get fast. Eneas has been fortunate to work with stars like Alejandro Acton.
Both have worked with young aspirants on their way up as well as senior citizens wanting to win their age group.
Get to know Jordan Rapp. He went from studying aerospace engineering to winning triathlons. He's guided multisport athletes while managing his own professional career. He knows what it takes to be at the edge and enjoy it.
Get to meet the dueling cousins Dominic Gillen and Tyler
Johnson. Both competitive athletes from a young age, they
are both still winning races, training together, and there to
help your children and you become faster, leaner, and enjoy
running, swimming and cycling more than ever.
We are students of endurance, of physiology, of psychology, and we live in the real world.
We will train you in person (right alongside you), write detailed programs for you, spend time with you, help mentor when it is needed, identify goals with you and work with you to get there.
With us, you get the chance to attend training camps, get tested, visit us in Westport for the day or the week, and see us at races.
All this while you achieve your goal as a cyclist; as a triathlete; as a runner; as a person.
We ask that you commit to 3 months at a time; you will see progress, reach your goals, and continue to improve. Our interests are aligned with yours; your success means we are successful.
