At TARGETRAINING, we use a team approach to give you cross-disciplinary stimulus and capitalize on expertise from our entire training and coaching staff.
One on One TARGetFit Packages
At TARGETRAINING we ask or a three-month commitment for all our strength and conditioning packages. We find that this is an excellent planning horizon as well as a good timeframe to see and feel results.
- TARGetFit. One on one sessions. We
decide with you the right number of sessions per week. These
sessions are focused on core strength, flexibility,
toning, and overall conditioning. No two
sessions are the same: e.g., indoors, outdoors, a simulated obstacle
course, specific muscle group workout,
coordination drills,... We hope you find this an
extraordinary personal training experience.
- TARGetFitter. As excellent as
your one on one sessions with us are, if you add in one or more
endurance sessions a week, you will truly enjoy the fitness you
attain. These endurance sessions are custom tailored to your
own capabilities, not to have you imitate the instructor or the
person training next to you. However, having a comrade alongside
you during an endurance session often makes the training even
better.
All current one on one clients get 30% off group training
packages.
Group-based TARGetFit Packages.
At TARGETRAINING we ask or a
three-month commitment for our group packages. This way you see
results.
- TARGETurboLunch. This includes
a great lunch from V restaurant and works out to $40 a
session including lunch!. This is for a group of 6 training together in a high energy strength, conditioning and endurance session.
Fun, social, intense workout -- Turbo isn't accidentally
in the name...
- TARGETough. This is for a group of 6 training together in a high energy strength, conditioning and endurance session.
Think beyond boot camp. Bring the motivation.
