Changes/New Sessions:
1.
New Multisport Session on Sunday’s @ 7:00AM:
We have added a
regular multisport training session on Sundays at 7AM.
Sessions will be conducted at Sherwood Island and will
focus on swimming, cycling, and running. This week’s
session will be a mini tri of the following distances:
swim 1/4
mile,
bike 9.5 and
run 1.9.

CT and Pan Mass Challenge Build Up ride starting this Saturday @
7:00AM:
Our 1st Connecticut and Pan Mass Challenge
cycling training build up ride will be this Saturday at
7AM. It will be a 50 mile bicycle
training ride.
3.
Swim Sessions:
Please note our new swim
sessions on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. One of the
sessions is open water and two are outdoor pool
sessions.

Tuesday morning Boot Camp:
We have added a 10AM TARGETough Boot Camp
to our class schedule this summer for Tuesday’s.
