makes you ready to excel by bringing your fitness to that next
level.
Sign up: Any time during the
summer
Rolling admission.
Typical schedule as follows (teens please sign
up for the specific classes you wish to attend in advance):
Monday: 3:30 p.m., TARGETough Boot Camp
session
Tuesday: 3:30 p.m., Indoor Cycling (TARGETorque)
session
Wednesday: 3:30 p.m., Speed/Power Session
Thursday: 3:30 p.m., Speed/Power Session or
TARGETorque or Run
Friday: 6:00 a.m., 6:30 p.m., Swim
Sunday: 7:00 a.m., Outdoor run; Indoor
Strength session
You may sign up
for two classes a week, three classes or an unlimited number of
weekly classes. Single classes are limited to ten teens.
