TARGETeen compliments an existing training program or develops a new one based on your busy high school schedule. Our highly supportive yet structured environment with the right blend of individualized instruction and group stimulation lets you have fun becoming more fit and energetic.
TARGETeen gives you the following unique and enjoyable ways to improve your fitness:
• An experienced coach or trainer leading each session
• Exciting TARGETough (core strength) sessions once a week
• Training sessions that track measurable progress
• Utilization of TARGETRAINING’s unique periodization approach, applicable and adaptable to both newcomers and top athletes
• Exciting endurance and strength workouts with your peers
• Advantaged access to TARGETRAINING’s Tri&Cycle triathlete and cycling store
• Advantaged access to TARGETRAINING one on one sessions
We give
Teens the flexibility to sign up
for once or twice a week and for those who have the time we have
even more ambitious packages. We keep the ratio of teens to
coach/trainers low (high level of individualized attention).
TARGETYouth are for those precocious
8 to 12 year olds
who you hope to help prepare for both a higher level of activity
as well as to improve overall athleticism. This program is
led by one of our athlete trainers. The focus will be on
• "Athletic coordination" sessions improving body-control
skills and developmental fitness
• Introduction to fitness training through fitness training
games (e.g., obstacle courses, beach run/hikes)
• Fun group training sessions which are "serious play"
TARGETYouth is available for one or two classes a week. Classes
are
limited to eight youths. You sign your child up for 6 week
sessions.
