The difference between target training and wherever you used to work out is that the focus is on useable, sport specific training. For me a combination of strength, balance and stamina not just pumping iron on different machines. It’s a difference that works plus they are nice people. Ed

Torr takes the time to listen to my goals and concerns, assesses my strengths and weaknesses, and comes up with a well thought out program, for each session that includes strength, stamina and stability.

Having many different exercises for each muscle group at his disposal ensures that his workouts are always challenging, fresh and new. All the while, motivating me to push beyond my limits and making me believe I could achieve anything. Linda
