May May
11th-13th. The Women's Team valiantly fought the pro
peloton at Joe
Martin in Fayetteville, Arkansas. In Stage 1TARGETRAINING's Women's Team
put three riders in the lead group of 26 and placed fourth in Team
GC on the opening day. Anna Milkowski led all TARGETRAINING
riders with a 13th place finish, followed closely by Hiroko Shimada
and Kathleen Billington. Please see the full report in
the
Cyclingnews article.
In Stage 2, Anna earned a
hard fought 11th as the group again finished together. Perhaps
showing a little fatigue, the women faded a little in the uphill
time trial and in the criterium. Hiroko earned top honors with
a 19th in the GC. The team earned 4th place in team GC.

The TARGETRAINING Professional Women's Team ventured south for a
week of criterium races. On the final race, Robin Farina
grabbed a 4th place in the Decatur Criterium and finished 15th
overall in the series. Kathleen Billington won a number of
primes as well. This was great experience building as these
were the first criterium races the team has done at the national
level.
